Research & Analysis
The initial phase focused on understanding user needs and the current visual identity of the brand to ensure our new design was consistent and cohesive. I conducted research to identify user pain points and preferences. Additionally, we carried out a competitor analysis, identifying both strengths and weaknesses in similar products.

UX Design
Started with sketches and design concepts. Developing a user flow allowed us to map the entire user journey, ensuring each interaction was intuitive and efficient. I also created detailed user personas representing different segments of our audience. These personas guided our design decisions, ensuring the final product met the diverse needs of our users.

We created wireframes that served as the blueprint for the final design. I outlined the basic structure and functionality of the web application without delving into aesthetic details. This step was iterative, incorporating feedback from usability tests to refine the design.
